# 会话管理(以下为主管登录的操作)

点击左侧菜单栏 `WhatsApp`进入会话管理界面

点击 `添加账号`出现`账号环境弹窗`开始创建会话；

点击 `添加`系统会创建一个会话，您需要手动启动，再扫码登录；

点击 `添加并启动`系统会创建并启动一个会话，您可以直接扫码登录；

<mark style="color:green;">会话启动后不管是否登录账号，都会固定占用端口</mark>

会话创建的同时，您可以选择直接绑定坐席，或者仅创建会话，后续再分配坐席；

会话卡片上您可以看到 `会话在线状态`、`账号信息（包括未读消息数）`、`备注操作区域`、`坐席绑定信息`等；

会话卡片右上角是操作区：

未启动的会话，您可以执行 `启动`、`更换坐席`、`删除`操作，（执行删除之后的数据不能恢复）；

启动的会话，可以执行 `重启`、`停止`、`更换坐席`等操作；

执行 `停止`操作后，端口会释放；

会话启动，扫码登录后会话状态为 `在线`，执行 `停止`操作后，会话状态会变更为 `离线`，<mark style="color:green;">账号离线您还可以继续看到离线前的联系人信息和聊天记录：</mark>

点击 `数据中心`可以查看进粉数据（`数据中心`仅主管可以查看）

<mark style="color:red;">注：坐席登录会话管理，不能查看数据中心和分配坐席，其他操作同主管登录一致。</mark>
