答：暂不支持，支持群发现有用户。

 答：字符套餐5个，标准版专业版套餐不限制

**4. 当前支持群发什么格式的内容？**

 答：当前支持文本/图片/视频/图文

**5. 群发功能支持哪些平台?**

 答：WhatsApp、Telegram、TelegramK、Line、Facebook、Messenger、Instagram、Zalo、 

        Discord、TikTok、MetaBusiness，更多平台开发中

**6. 支持查看群发进度吗？**

 答：支持，可以在群发列表中查看 已发/群发总数。

**7. 支持管理群发状态吗？**

 答：支持，可以在群发列表中，对群发中的任务执行：暂停、继续、取消、查看详情等操作。

**8. 给粉丝账号群发支持什么类型的消息内容？**

答： WhatsApp：文本消息、图片消息、视频消息、名片

         Telegram：文本消息、图片消息、视频消息、图文混合消息

 答：通过分类或者本地搜索快速找到某个对话。

**11. 会话管理的对话数量和我账号里的对话数量不一致，为什么少了很多？**

 答：此功能依据账号缓存下来的对话进行操作，账号没有加载对话就无法处理，您可以把账号下的对话都

        加载出来再进行操作。
