答：用户名称和ID，或者手机号，不同平台支持不一样，详见搜索栏的提示。

**6.支持删除会话管理里的群聊对话吗？** 

答：不支持，需手动进行退出群组和删除。

**7. 分组查看现有对话支持哪些平台？** 

答：目前仅 WhatsApp、Telegram 平台支持自定义分组和查看，其他平台支持默认分组，更多平台持续开

       发中。

**8. 支持按哪些类型或分组查看现有对话?**

答：WhatsApp支持按以下分组查看：全部、私聊、群聊、频道、全部、未读、已回、已读未回以及自定义

       分组； 其他支持：全部、私聊、群聊、频道、全部、未读、已读。
