# 激活码

**1.什么是激活码？**

答：员工用于登录 ChatKnow 客户端的凭证，由主管在[管理端的激活码列表](https://user.chatknow.com/mainAccount)创建并下发。

**2.如何创建激活码？**

答：点击[管理端的激活码列表](https://user.chatknow.com/mainAccount)页面右上角”新建激活码按钮”，给激活码分配相关功能权限：可用的社交平

       台、端口分配、多设备登录、客户画像共享、自动回复、会话存档等。

**3.激活码与端口的关系**

答：激活码数量 仅代表可以分配给不同用户（同事、合作伙伴）的独立登录客户端的账户数量。

       端口数量 是指登录社交平台账号的数量。例如，登录3个 Telegram 平台账号 和2个 WhatsApp 平台账

       号，则需要5个端口数量。

       每个激活码登录客户端，可以使用多少个端口，可以在激活码列表中进行分配设置。

**4.激活码设置**

答：在激活码管理中，可对激活码进行功能设置和登录社交平台选择。
