# 什么情况下会释放端口？

**1.激活码离线**

答：一般是\`网络原因\`或其其它特殊情况导致激活码离线（\`断网\`）、通过任务管理器强制关闭软

**2.激活码主动下线**

答：网页版或桌面端登出账号、桌面端关闭会话、主动关闭桌面端软件、桌面端退出激活码（激活码主动下

&#x20;      线，会释放端口）。

**3.账号登出**

答：网页版或者手机端登出，以及强制下线WhatsApp和Line、Telegram、TelegramK等社交账号登出，会

&#x20;      释放端口。

**4.强制下线**

答：[在管理端工单中心下的**平台工单**页面](https://user.chatknow.com/work-orders)，根据社交平台和激活码 选择账号后点击‘**工单详情**’，进入**工单详**

&#x20;      **情页**，选择需要下线的平台工单社交账号点击右上角‘**强制下线**’功能，WS、TG、Zalo、Messenger账号

&#x20;     被强制下线（账号强制下线，动态分配的激活码会释放对应账号的端口）。
