# 群组工单

1\. 登入 ChatKnow 云端后台，点击工单平台 > 群组工单 > 创建群组工单

2\. 在创建群组工单页面，完成相关设置：

您可对 工单平台、工单名称、选择群组、总增粉目标、单日增粉目标、工单置零时间等信息进行设置

3\. 完成创建群组工单之后，工单中的群组开始进粉统计。

4\. 点击“工单详情”，即可查看群组实时进粉数据及粉丝详情。
