# 设置聊天翻译

<mark style="color:green;">**1.聚合翻译功能使用**</mark>

打开客户端，在左侧菜单栏点击【聚合翻译】，输入需要翻译的语言，默认选择全部翻译线路，点击翻译开始调试，可通过反向翻译对比不同的线路翻译的准确性。

<mark style="color:green;">**2.聊天翻译设置**</mark>

**①全局翻译设置**

在【设置页】的【翻译设置】中，打开【接收自动翻译设置】和【发送自动翻译】，分别设置好【翻译路线】和【翻译语言】，然后新登录的账号里所有对话的接收和发送翻译设置会默认延用全局的配置。

打开【自动识别】后，系统将自动识别您账号中粉丝所属国家，为您设置发送的语言；无法识别的粉丝会延用全局的翻译设置；

您可以随时修改发送的语言！

**② 会话翻译设置**

&#x20;选择一个账号会话，在右侧栏找到 【 翻译设置 】，在这里可以为每个平台设置全局翻译线路（默认选择谷歌），根据客户语言，客服销售人员可打开独立翻译开关，单独对客户设置语言。

翻译说明：

按下 Enter 键，翻译并发送

按下 Ctrl+T 键，只翻译不发送，译文停留在输入框中

按下 Alt+T 键，只翻译不发送，译文停在输入框中，并显示翻译的对照
