# 设置话术（素材入库、公共/个人话术）

<mark style="color:green;">**1.素材入库**</mark>

在管理后台，点击【 话术管理 】-【 话术素材库 】，选择素材类型，添加分组可对素材进行分类，然后选择新建的分组，点击【添加素材】，然后按照要求输入或上传即可。

同时也支持批量上传素材，点击【导入】，根据提示操作导入已有的素材。

<mark style="color:green;">**2.创建公共话术**</mark>

点击【 快捷回复 】，点击新建分组，选择创建的分组，点击【新增话术】，设置模板名称，再从公共素材库中选择素材。

<mark style="color:green;">**3.创建个人话术**</mark>

员工在桌面端，点击【 个人快捷回复 】设置，以TG为例，其他平台操作相同，点击【 添加分组 】，输入备注，点击 + 号添加新模板，点击修改模板名称，然后选择需要添加的话术类型，按照提示输入。
