# 群标签管理+统计

**1.创建标签：**

点击【 社群管理 】→【 群标签管理 】→ 点击 + 号新增分组 → 选择创建的分组 -【 点击添加 】→ 按照需求设置标签名称

**2.员工使用标签**

员工在桌面端，选择一个群组后，点击右侧功能栏的客户信息，然后可以执行打标签操作

**3.标签使用情况**

在云平台，点击 【 客户管理 】 - 【 标签统计 】 ，选择对应标签，即可查看标签使用情况
