# 敏感词监控、敏感行为监控

**1、设置敏感词**

在管理后台，点击【 内控管理 】→【 敏感词监控 】→ 点击【 + 】号， 新建分组 → 点击【 添加敏感词 】 ，选择新建的分组 → 【 输入敏感词 】，选择是否禁止发送

**2.查看敏感行为监控**

管理后台 → 点击【 内控管理 】→【 敏感词监控 】→ 可查看敏感词的监控行为

在桌面端触发敏感行为包括：删除消息、编辑消息、删除对话、语音通话、新设备登录

**3.客户资料加密**

在管理后台→点击【 激活码管理 】→【 编辑激活码 】→ 开启【 数据脱敏 】

在桌面端，开启前可以看到粉丝号码/ID等信息；开启后，对客服隐藏粉丝的号码/ID等信息
