登录 ChatKnow SCRM 系统 <https://user.chatknow.com/mainAccount> 点击【 激活码列表 】→ 点击【 创建激活码 】→ 进入激活码设置界面，根据需求勾选配置 → 点击【 确定 】，完成激活码创建

<mark style="color:green;">**3.在客户端登录要引流的社交账号**</mark>

以WhatsApp平台为例，点击【WhatsApp】→点击【新建会话】，点击【 启动会话 】

注意！登号过程中不要切换手机程序、息屏等动作

进入账号聊天页面，会话卡片左上角显示绿色的在线，说明登号成功。

【 分享工单报表 】 用于双方查看社交账号的新增线索情况、结算流量。
操作步骤：

方法1：打开【 工单中心 】→【 平台工单 】，找到对应激活码【 工单名称 】→ 点击【 更多 】下的【 分享工单】→ 生成并分享工单链接

方法2：打开【 工单中心 】→【 平台工单 】→ 点击【 工单详情 】→ 选择对应的社交平台【 工单名称 】→ 勾选对应的社交账号 → 【 分享工单 】

方法3：打开【 工单中心 】→【 多账号分享 】→ 选择对应的社交平台，勾选对应社交账号 →【 分享工单 】

<mark style="color:green;">1、查看账号粉丝明细</mark>有以下查看方式：

1\) 在系统后台【 工单中心 】，点击【 平台工单 】- 选择【 工单详情 】- 选择对应账号点击【 查看线索 】 - 进入【线索列表页】

2\) 在系统后台【 工单中心 】，点击【 多账号分享 】- 选择【 工单详情 】- 选择对应账号点击【 查看线索 】 - 进入【线索列表页】

线索列表页

<mark style="color:red;">**根据粉丝明细的进粉，确认数据报表的正确！**</mark>

对于重复线索可以点击【重复线索详情】，查看该线索的历次进粉时间和进粉的账号，争议的线索可以修改线索类型。

<mark style="color:red;">**双方确认数据报表无误后，可按照【当日进粉数】进行结算**</mark>

ChatKnow中的当日新增线索和总线索数都已经去除过重复线索，双方确认后可以直接用当日新增线索结算！
