# 换机指南

1\. 并非每个社交平台都支持账号迁移功能。

2\. 迁移必须是您“登录过”的 （激活码 + 社交账号）对应的形式。

如：在旧设备上您登录的社交账号B，仅在激活码A下登录过；则在迁移时社交账号B，在新设备上只能迁移给激活码A，无法迁移给其他激活码。

1\. 在 ChatKnow 客户端中找到缓存目录（设置-系统设置），Ctrl+c 复制该地址；

2\. 打开我的电脑，在地址栏粘贴刚复制内容，回车后，找到“<mark style="color:green;">Partitions</mark>”文件夹，保存之（比如存到您的U盘）；

3\. 等您在新电脑上安装ChatKnow后，重复前几个步骤，将您保存的“<mark style="color:green;">Partitions</mark>”文件夹，粘贴到安装目录下即可。

1\. 在ChatKnow客户端的设置-系统设置找到缓存目录，Command+c复制该地址；

2\. 来到桌面，点击键盘上的 Command+Shift+G
，打开此窗口，将地址粘贴到红框处，按下回车键；

3.打开我的电脑，在地址栏粘贴刚复制内容，回车后，找到“<mark style="color:green;">Partitions</mark>”文件夹，保存之（比如存到您的U盘）；

4.等您在新电脑上安装 ChatKnow 后，重复步骤，将您保存的“<mark style="color:green;">Partitions</mark>”文件夹，粘贴到安装目录下，选择替换/删除原文件即可。
